ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a large IT company, for customer oriented candidates to cover the following position:

Phone Banking Agents – Bilingual speakers (Ref.2612)

Responsibilities:
• Receive inquiries through inbound calls.
• Resolve any customer complaints/issues.
• Pro-actively respond to customer queries via inbound calls, e-mails and chatting.

Candidate Profile
•Excellent knowledge (proficient level or native speaker) in one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian, Arabic, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Danish
•Very good knowledge of the English language
•PC literate
•Availability to work on shifts
•Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
